Job Description:We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for project in Doha, Qatar.Provides direction and management for every phase of large projects or programs to assure on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations. The Senior Manager - Buildings must be capable of managing multiple projects or program valued up to $1 billion in total installed cost. The project or program requiring company representation at this level may be of lesser total installed cost if management determines that it requires an unusual technical or managerial approach. Relocation to the job site may be required. What You’ll Be DoingThe Senior Manager - Buildings shall have proven track record of Project Management skills and experience in large –scale projects but not limited to the following:Responsible for diligent timely and cost-effective project delivery of multiple building projects/sub projects.Ensure the final handover to end users, meeting pre-agreed criteria (quality, scope of construction, licenses required).Oversee and ensure project controls and QHSSE compliance of projects.Oversee Construction, Engineering and Project Controls teamDetailed design and project delivery (construction, engineering, & project control)
