Job description
The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition is accountable for strategically leading and developing a team of talent acquisition experts that partner’s with the business to manage all of its volume hires, whilst providing recruitment expertise, decision making support, market intelligence, analysis and insight to business leadership teams through a tiered Recruitment Business Partner model. Integrate talent acquisition activity with workforce planning by building strong working relationships with the business as well as the rest of HR and the Finance functions. They will own and deliver continuous improvement in the quality, timeliness and cost of hiring for the Qatar Airways Group

Experience managing volume or bulk recruitmentExperience in managing Agency and RPO providersExperience of working within a global organisationLEAN Sigma / process improvement qualified (Preferred)
