Job Description
Ensure complete and accurate processing of all requests received in the department.Notify the Manager Cheques Management for any related outstanding physical cheques that have not yet been cleared for initiation of timely follow-up in QCB in this regard, and thereby help avoid any losses to the Group on account of such transactions.Supervise adequate and efficient processing of OBC, Demand Drafts, PDC’s, Pay Orders, Direct Debit and ECC clearing/collection services to internal customers including QNB domestic branches and thereby help them serve external customers including retail/corporate customers in a more efficient manner, resulting in increased external customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities + Skills
Superior knowledge of SWIFT related operations, including usage of SWIFT terminals, related codes and operation of tested telex.
Education
University graduate "Bachelor Degree"Minimum 6-7 years of experience in banking operations or related experience,
