About the roleAs Security Specialist, your are responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and encouraging security and loss prevention culture in Qatar Duty Free (QDF) following the strategic direction of the department. You will also develop, implement, document and update security processes and protocol and ensure its compliance within Qatar Duty Free, Qatar Airways and all aviation responsibilities within HIA. You will liaise with QR, subsidiaries and external agents ensuring that all regulatory requirements are implemented and monitored in QDF. You will also protect the interests of QDF avoiding unlawful acts of interference, theft, damages, fraud.

Work closely with the HR Department to ensure investigations are fully carried out to the required standard and desired conclusions.
