Job Description
As a Resource Planning Specialist, you will drive optimal allocation of manpower, materials, and budgets across Qatar Aircraft Catering Company - QACC. Your analytical expertise will identify efficiency gaps, forecast resource needs, and implement digital solutions to boost productivity while supporting strategic business goals. ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR and line managers to address staffing gaps, shape recruitment/training plans, and align workforce strategies with operational demands.Analyze resource utilization data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Develop real-time dashboards/reports tracking manpower utilization, costs, and project progress, using Power BI.Assist SM by driving & implementing RMS (Resource management system).Forecast resource availability vs. demand, escalating risks (e.g., shortages) and creating contingency plans.Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to optimize resource deployment during peak seasons or shifting priorities.Drive process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce resource waste.
Responsibilities + Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as is the ability to work effectively across the organization. Excellent written, verbal and strong influencing and negotiations skills.
