Job description
We are hiring for your skills to lead the digital product pod to ensure regular release of product enhancements and fixes on schedule, in line with digital product priorities and standards. You will be responsible to ensure all pod members understand their role, contribution and that they are equipped and able to deliverKey ResponsibilitiesLead one or more assigned cross-functional digital product pod comprising of a engineers, UX/UI designers, QA and other specialists focusing on quality and delivery of new digital product features.Define digital product pod sprints’ scope based on pod’s backlog, digital product priorities and pod’s available capacity.Manage digital product pod activities around feature release at the end of the sprint including sign-off and initial monitoring to ensure release performance is in line with expectations.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Minimum qualification of bachelors degree or equivalent is essential.
Experience
Possess experience in estimating work size and complexity.
