Job Description
In this interesting role, you will be responsible in managig QR Catering Operations Worldwide on a 24x7, 365 basis, ensuring that every flight departs on time, with the agreed menus, stores, bars and equipment in a safe and compliant way and to track and measure caterer performance against agreed metrics, delivering performance improvement year on year and enabling Qatar Airways to maintain its 5 star awarding wining airline service and ensuring that all 3rd party suppliers comply with QR's requirements at all times.To achieve success in this role you will need to:Responsible for the management of the supply of catering services network-wide in line with budgeted costs ensuring control/minimization of meal wastage and identification of savings opprtunities.

Education
Specialist in Operations Management.Responsible for large diverse workforces across multiple suppliers and cross-culturally.Essential knowledge of Inflight catering operations in a large multi-national airline.
Experience
Minimum 8 years relevant experience.Flight catering operations managementProven ability to amange suppliers and to derive results through supplier mangement.
