Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on HR regulations, performance management, and compliance.In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Proven track record of implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.HR certification (e.g., SPHR, PHR) is preferred.
