Job description
As a Business Process Development Manager, you will be responsible to Define how RM teams accomplish their goals by being responsible for the development and definition of RM business processes within the department. Manage and facilitate continuous process improvement functions within the RM department.Other key responsibilities are:Design, plan and implement new workflows or adapt existing ones to ensure revenue management functions are carried out consistently and efficiently.Determine how changes in RM practices such as personalized offers, bundled fare offers, branded fares or adoption of merchandising solutions will impact processes, policies and procedures and ensure they are remaining relevant.Ensure that change management efforts related to new technology or quality assurance-based processes are carried out and result adoption and improvement in how RM delivers its revenue goals.Maintaining awareness of, and need for adjustments to commercial policies and processes so that they can be documented, communicated and implemented.
Responsibilities & skills
Certification in Business and Project management methods like Lean, Agile and Scrum will be an added advantage
Education
Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members
