Our primary function is to deliver high quality in-person and online services that support students holistically. Our services include:Guidance and advice on being a student,Navigation of the University systems, spaces and processes,Information about study options,Support with applications and enrolments,Library & Student IT services.Our Hub Assistants provide a high standard of customer service, assistance and advice across a wide range of enquiries, helping current and prospective students to successfully navigate aspects of their student journey at the University of Auckland.
