Job Description
Your new role will see you engaged to manage the contractual delivery of fit out projects across Auckland valued around $5 million - $10 million. You will provide leadership in delivering projects to internal & external client expectations on time, on budget and safely. You will be responsible for contract management, risk management, planning & scheduling, site activities & subcontractor management.What you’ll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will ideally have:5+ years experience in the NZ Construction IndustryStrong time management and written & verbal communication skillsThe ability to take ownership and make informed decisions related to the projectA can-do, proactive attitude and ‘hands on’ approachWhat you’ll get in return
