As a Southern Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing existing leaseholders, fostering relationships with property landlords, and driving new growth opportunities in Christchurch and down to the bottom of the South Island.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage relationships with approximately 200 existing leaseholders, ensuring their needs are met and contractual obligations are upheld.Collaborate closely with property landlords to negotiate new lease terms, rental reviews, and contract renewals.Take ownership of the entire contract lifecycle management process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.Identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities within the main cities, including prominent locations like Christchurch, Queenstown, and Dunedin.
