We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to provide technical support for our flexible packaging applications. This role involves offering solutions to customers, sales teams, and internal departments, with a focus on polymer raw materials, formulations, and the processes involved in blown and cast film production.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide expert guidance on flexible packaging applications and resolve technical inquiries.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to materials, processes, and machinery.Customer Visits: Build long-term relationships with customers through site visits and tailored solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and internal teams to improve products and processes.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and propose enhancements.
