Job Description/RequirementsSupport the strategy development process for assigned Business Units and monitor implementation of strategic initiatives. Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend initiatives to close gaps. Support development of new businesses.RequirementsSupport business units management in articulating strategic aspiration and work with them to develop means of achieving the aspiration based on their current positions and resource constraints.
