Job description
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Research and Development (R&D) Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing processes, and driving innovation to enhance overall productivity and market competitiveness.Key Responsibilities:Conduct research to develop new products and improve existing ones.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.Test and evaluate prototypes, ensuring alignment with company standards.Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations on R&D activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Stay updated with industry advancements, best practices, and new technologies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in R&D, product development, or related role (manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred).
