Our client is seeking a customer-focused Furniture Showroom Officer to manage showroom activities, assist customers with product selection, and support sales and daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers professionally within the showroom.Provide accurate information on furniture products, prices, features, and availability.Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on potential sales.Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant teams for deliveries.Monitor showroom inventory and report stock requirements or discrepancies.Support achievement of showroom sales targets.Requirements:

Education
OND/HND/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.13 years of experience in showroom sales, retail, customer service, or a related role.Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
