Job Description

Job Responsibilities:· Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for wood and furniture projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.· Develop detailed and competitive quotations for clients, factoring in materials, labor, overheads, and other project costs.· Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints, providing financial updates to management.· Conduct precise measurements of materials and spaces for accurate design implementation and cost control.· Assist in preparing and submitting tender documentation, including detailed cost breakdowns and technical specifications.· Work closely with the design team to ensure project designs align with budget requirements and client expectations.· Liaise with suppliers to source materials, negotiate prices, and manage procurement activities in line with project budgets.· Identify potential financial risks in the project and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.· Prepare and present cost reports, financial summaries, and project progress reports to management and stakeholders.· Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project costs, changes, and any required adjustments.
