A Construction Company is looking for an intelligent, diligent, forthright, trustworthy and experienced quantity surveyor to work on and manage the project cost, contracts and contractors. Must be creative and enjoy working within a small entrepreneurial environment that is result oriented. Must be ready to exercise sound business judgement and take responsibility in a variety of situationsJob Duties:Preparation of bill of quantities.Tender preparation.Estimate the quantity and cost of materials.Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets.Identify potential financial or construction risks.Calculate, record and track inventory and estimates.Work with the Engineers to manage materials, time and cost of project.Manage records relating to the quality and quantity of materials supplied on site.

Education
Candidates with a minimum of a B.Sc. in Quantity SurveyingMSC in Construction Management or Project ManagementGood leadership and management skill
