Job description
We are seeking a Pump Sales Engineer to apply strong mechanical knowledge/capabilities to effectively service, maintain, and repair company's products such as blowers, compressors, gear reducers, motor drives multi-stage pumps. Also be able to conduct precision fitting, installation, and commissioning practices, including attention to detail measuring techniques to ensure the Service team meets deadlines, business objectives, and customer needs about products and services, following the company's policies and procedures, Health & Safety, and Quality requirements.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and expand a standard pump repair portfolio.Grow and diversify company's customer base.Analyze client’s issues and develop plans to mitigate them.Maintain a complete and accurate record of all service assets and spares.Manage the service team by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Sound engineering practices with regard to fitting of tolerance components, such as sleeves, impellers, couplings etc. (Knowledge of fits and tolerances).Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
