Full job description Department: OperationsSupervises: Installation team, project support, & Store AdminReports To: Chief Operating OfficerJob SummaryAs a project manager, you are tasked with sequencing, scheduling, coordinating, facilitating, andbudgeting of time and resources required for project execution. You have the overall responsibilityfor the successful planning, execution, and completion of all projects. You are the contact personbetween the company and client’s project team and as such will be fully responsible for timely,constant, and accurate dissemination of project information. You are required to communicate withall project stakeholders at technical, financial, and business levels during the duration of the project.You are responsible for aftersales services – customer support, education/training and QAQC. Youare to ensure that all procedures for project completion and sign off are strictly adhered to andfollowed. This includes documentation of project pictures at all stages of execution as well as therecords of all project information such as login details, network information, copies of programs andconfiguration. You are also to ensure that each project has a case study submitted by the projectteam led by the design engineer of the project. You are required to develop and maintain a projectcost report for each project in a bid to ensure all projects are kept within profitable margins.
