Full job descriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Project Construction Manager for all Special Development Projects (SPD) in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring and delivery from Inception to practical completion of all SPDs in Nigeria. This role will require travel to different cities in Nigeria where SDPs are being performed. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 20/25 years of experience in construction management and hold a MSc./ B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management. This role will involve overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to world class quality standards. Experience in High Rise Building, Schools, Residential and Commercial construction Projects is Mandatory. Proficiency in FIDIC, CAD software including Revit and BIM is required. Must be willing to work in an intense and demanding work place setting.
