Full job descriptionAlaro City is a joint venture between Rendeavour, the largest new city and industrial park builder in Africa, and the Lagos State Government. It is one of the fastest growing real estate and urban development projects in Nigeria. They possess a unique drive, underpinned by the desire to help improve Africa’s urban development. Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photo & Video Content Associate to lead the visual storytelling of Alaro City. This role combines photography, videography, video editing, and content creation to produce compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital channels, events, and corporate communication. The ideal candidate must be versatile capable of capturing exceptional images, filming high-quality videos, editing content, and managing the full production process from concept to delivery. Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.Develop content calendars for photography and video needs.Collaborate with designers and social media managers to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.Organize and archive all visual content for easy retrieval and future use.Equipment & Workflow ManagementOperate and maintain photography, videography, and drone equipment.Ensure safe storage and proper care of all equipment.Manage production timelines and ensure timely delivery of all assets.Innovation & Brand AlignmentStay updated on industry trends, production techniques, and editing styles to keep content fresh and competitive.Maintain a consistent visual tone that strengthens the brand’s overall communication.
