Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Experience: Minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance and operations within the cement or heavy process industry.Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role with strong team coordination and decision-making skills.Deep technical understanding of mechanical systems and processes in cement production.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex maintenance challenges.
