Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead, Talent Acquisition & Engagement Team:Assessing candidates for roles in line with job competencies and TCG’s core valuesCoordinate talent acquisition activities to raise awareness of TCGExplore potential hiring needs and build long-term recruitment plansLead, develop and coach TCG’s talent acquisitionPartner and coach management and team leads in all aspects of talent acquisitionOversee any organizational training on talent acquisitionPartner and coach team leads in all aspects of talent acquisitionOversee any organizational training on talent acquisitionAny other assigned activity within the talent acquisition unit
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or any other related field8 years progressive experience in recruitment of Senior/Executive Management roles
Experience
Experience in partnering across multiple employment models to influence resultsProven success in driving a proactive approach in finding talentProven conflict management and problem-solving skillsAbility to create and develop effective presentations using data.
