Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the company's Dealer Management System (DMS). The successful candidate will oversee ERP and business software solutions, ensure system reliability, support business operations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and drive digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Dealer Management System (DMS).Manage ERP and other business applications to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.Collaborate with business units to gather system requirements and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.Coordinate system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and user support while minimizing business disruption.Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and IT policies, and deliver end-user training where required.Monitor system performance, generate management reports, and work with vendors to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience managing ERP, DMS, or other enterprise business systems.Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ERP or business software solutions.Strong understanding of business processes, database management, and systems integration.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
