Job Description

Coordinates the activities of the control and instrumentation section.Allocates responsibilities and provide technical advice to ensure smooth running of the plant.Ensure proper supervision of lower subordinate performance for smooth operation of the plant.Maintain and ensure trouble-free operation of all Power Plant equipment by adopting the Preventive /predictive maintenance of the field instruments equipment in the Power Plant.Maintaining and monitoring the record of miscarriages and taking corrective actions.Maintains the history cards of the equipment in the sections entrusted and keeps the track of maintenance activities attended.Plans & executes the jobs informed by the operation team in the sections entrusted for smooth operation of the plant.Report to the Instrument in charge Power Plant any events of instrumentation Equipment’s complications.Controlling the operation of the boilers, Turbine, and other auxiliary equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Ensure adoption of SOP during operationsSynchronize with related dept engineers for charming operation.
