The role focuses on producing engaging short-form videos and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency, innovation, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Direct and produce reels weekly, from shoot to post-production.Lead content shoots, ensuring styling, lighting, and storytelling excellence.Edit and deliver platform-optimized reels by deadlines.Incorporate trends, transitions, and creative editing for engagement.Collaborate with Content, Design, and Marketing teams on campaign visuals.Present monthly visual concept decks with fresh ideas and mood boards.Stay updated on fashion, digital content trends, and competitor visuals.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Proven experience in video direction, editing, and content production.Strong sense of fashion aesthetics and brand storytelling.Proficiency in editing tools and social media content formats.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.Strong collaboration and communication skills.
