You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support the collective vision of becoming the cornerstone of AV excellence in West Africa, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and sound financial health.  Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the group's overarching financial strategy, including long-term financial modeling, forecasting, and investment planning. Provide strategic insights to senior leadership to guide business decisions.Performance Management: Establish and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) for each business unit. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.Operational Oversight: Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls. Ensure all financial activities are transparent, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
