Responsibilities & skills
Education
Knowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Experience
Degree in Human Resources or related field.3 to 5 years of experience as HR Manager or other HR ExecutivePeople oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
