Our client is seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee and manage core HR functions at their MIL Factory in Isolo, Lagos. The role may expand to their Food Factory and Central Warehouse, depending on the individual's competencies and work exposure. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 7 years of HR experience, with at least some years in a factory environment.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management for factory staff.Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a bridge between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment.Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and track employee performance.

Education
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 3 to 7 years of HR experience, with at least some exposure to a factory environment.
