Job Description:Make hotel reservations for clienteleProvide "world-class" customer service to potential and established guests by proactively arranging services that effectively attended to their individual needs and special requests.Answer inquiries related to travel and the reservation process.Sales of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded accommodations.Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.Provide support to customers as needed to amend or cancel a reservation.
Responsibilities & skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and external partners.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
