DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Management Officer to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of our large cement factory's residential staff estate and the environmental management of the factory grounds.This critical role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in housekeeping, facility management, and staff estate management, coupled with excellent people management skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of living for our staff within the residential estate while also contributing to the overall environmental sustainability of our factory operations.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Bachelors Degree in Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in facility management, with a strong focus on residential estate management and environmental management.Demonstrated experience managing a large residential estate (100+ units) and a team of employees.
