Job description
Conduct thorough inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.· Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement in manufacturing, packaging, and distribution processes.Propose and lead initiatives to implement quality improvements throughout the production lifecycle.
Responsibilities & skills
Must have the ability to make sound judgment and good decisions regarding quality and wholesomeness of product.Strong leadership, managerial skills and the ability to coach and develop employees.
Education
Masters Degree preferred (preferably Food Science, microbiology, or related science field).5yrs+ experience in Food Processing and Quality Management.
