Assistant General Manager- Quality Assurance
Job description
The Dangote Cement Plc is seeking an Assistant General Manager- Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards. The chosen candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and develop quality assurance programs.
Responsibilities & skills
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards. Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar role. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Minimum of 18 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control
