Get to Know the Team Grab’s Fulfillment Team acts as a horizontal platform tech family with the goal of deepening fulfillment capabilities for all Grab businesses in a platform manner and providing them solutions that help connect our driver partners to Grab customers and create a highly reliable, cost-efficient and faster transportation and logistics platform. The Dispatch team within Fulfillment focuses on Grab’s pricing, matching, batching, in-trip and in-order management, and fulfillment orchestration across all our verticals. The Dispatch Product Analytics Team advances ride-hailing and delivery fulfillment product innovation with analytics and experimentation best practices. We aim to solve the most complicated problems in matching demand and supply in an efficient, reliable, and affordable manner at scale. We are responsible for ensuring Dispatch Product teams are equipped with the right metrics and insights to drive Grab’s mission forward. We provide product development guidance through rigorous data-backed insights and evaluate key initiatives for impact using experimental and quasi-experimental statistical techniques. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Data Scientist to join our team.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
You have a Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Software, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or, Engineering.
Experience
You have 3-6 years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar roles providing insights with data at scale; preferably in Fulfilment or Dispatch related functions in ride-hailing or delivery companies.
