Job DescriptionSummary:The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to the company, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and safeguarding the company’s interests. The role involves advising on a wide range of legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling litigation, and working closely with various departments to support business objectives. What You'll Champion:1. Legal Advice and Counsel:Provide expert legal advice to senior management and other departments on a broad range of legal issues, including corporate law, employment law, data protection, and regulatory compliance.Stay current with changes in legislation and regulations that affect the company and provide proactive guidance to ensure compliance.2. Contract Management:Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, employment contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, and other legal documents.Ensure all contracts and agreements align with the company’s policies and legal standards.
