Why does this job exist and why is it critical? Lead and facilitate comprehensive business risk assessments and monitor activities with risk owners on risk information for departments, divisions, projects, and regulatory requirements.Perform research on emerging internal and external risks, Key Risk Indicators and initiate risk response discussion and mitigation strategies.Perform risk advisory request related to tender, project, product development and processesLead the preparation of risk status reports for Management and Board Audit & Risk Committee.Conduct risk workshops, awareness sessions and training sessions to strengthen the risk management culture and keep updated with latest risk management information.Review, update and enhance risk policies, procedures, guidance, framework, taxonomy and risk universe and embed into business processes and decisions, including ServiceNow GRC module.Prepare risk management information for Bursa integrated annual report requirements. Facilitate and maintain the establishment of Bribery Risk information and Sustainability Risk information and co-develop mitigation strategies to meet compliance and business requirements
