Full job descriptionPurpose and Scope of the JobTo assist DIC staffs for ensure a high quality service to patients. To provide all the support required and act as a liaison between the patient and radiology staff, between the hospital staffs and radiology staffs. Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance StandardsStrictly follow the hospital's patient identification policyEnsures patient/client confidentiality is maintained at all times in accordance with organizational policy.Administrative and clerical duties include, answering the telephone, sending procedure email link to patient.Covers the clinical reception desk as needed. To take telephone enquiries in an effective, polite manner and refer on to relevant staff, as appropriate.Organizes pottering services under the direction of the Radiographers. Assist the X-Ray porter if required.
