Full job descriptionPurpose and Scope of the JobTo assist DIC staffs for ensure a high quality service to patients. To provide all the support required and act as a liaison between the patient and radiology staff, between the hospital staffs and radiology staffs. Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance StandardsStrictly follow the hospital's patient identification policyEnsures patient/client confidentiality is maintained at all times in accordance with organizational policy.Administrative and clerical duties include, answering the telephone, sending procedure email link to patient.

Education
Education: Higher Secondary School Certificate & Certificate inNursing is preferred.
Experience
Experience: 2- 3 yearsexperiencedirectlyrelated to theduties and responsibilities specified.( Patient Aid)
