Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. Responsibilities + Skills
Education
To be over 18 for this role.Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customers needs are met.Build positive, long lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
