Senior Representative, Service

Provide support and implement specific business processes to ensure the timely and accurate settlement of securities, derivatives, foreign exchange and money market transactions executed globally, and verify that activities are accurately recorded in the Bank’s unified ledger. These business processes include providing pre- and post-settlement support for account opening, trade confirmations, cash management, margin and collateral. Provide support to Specialized Operations, including asset management (securities transactions, securities rights) and correspondent banking services, and act as the platform for the Bank’s wire transfers. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements related to the products and processes it supports.Collect data and format it to produce regular and ad hoc reports and tables.Support the management of changes of different types and scopes; generally focus on execution and maintenance activities.Act as a resource for problem solving with less experienced staff, as needed.Classify information to ensure accuracy and completeness.Perform routine tasks such as processing service requests, transactions and queries in compliance with relevant service level agreements.Adhere to documented standards and procedures for the execution of daily transactions, activities and processes, and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Perform verification and reconciliation of information and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
