Job description
· Package all fresh products offered for sale in the department.• Prepare, arrange and place the various products in refrigerated displays and counters (“tombs”) according to Metro standards and requirements.• Apply marketing standards (product rotation, monitoring expiry dates, etc.) and inventory management.• Know and apply sanitation standards: hygiene, cleanliness, health and safety within the department.• Respond to customer needs and requests efficiently and courteously.• Apply the standards for the layout and maintenance of back-office refrigerators.• Maintenance and cleaning of the department's work area and machinery, as needed.• Contributes to maintaining the store's customer service.· Any other related task requested by his immediate superior.
