In GroupTech we're striving to be game-changing technologists, shaping the future of banking.How will I help?Service Engineering are responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of service reference architecture and standards, and for designing services or patterns leading to robust, flexible and quality Infrastructure services and solutions.In addition, this role is #LI-Hybrid and is open to interstate candidates.Your key responsibilities may include:Proactively supports Service Owners in identify complex, systemic problems and coordinate the root cause remediationAssists Service Owner or Infrastructure Service Managers in effective governance of problems within their services as well as provide Postmortem learnings to continually help them improve their service risk posture
