Your responsibilities will include:Managing a 360 recruitment desk focused on permanent HR appointmentsBuilding and developing relationships with HR professionals and business leaders across the regionDelivering consultative recruitment solutions to both clients and candidatesDeveloping and executing effective business development plan'sManaging the full end-to-end recruitment processBuilding market intelligence and positioning yourself as a specialist within the HR communityExpanding existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunitiesContributing to wider team initiatives and sharing best practice across the business.
