Responsibilities:TBAAtlassian is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A). In this visible position, you'll oversee the operational plan of several key parts of Atlassian R&D organization. You will play a meaningful role in influencing both the company and product & platform strategy. You will partner directly with both senior R&D leadership and senior FP&A leadership providing leadership and analytical rigor for the company’s annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes.Responsibilities:More about you:In this role, you'll get to:Serve as a key business partner for R&D leadership and provide financial analysis, decision support analysis, financial modeling and provide ad-hoc analytical support.Execute on Atlassian’s forecasting, annual planning and financial long-range planning partnering closely with R&D leadership, building financial models for new concepts.Manage the month end, quarter end and year end processes to support management and corporate reporting requirements.Create financial reporting that provides actionable insights to the team.Own the communications strategy for all planning changes which includes executive level and detailed project briefs and status updates.
