We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Planning Analyst. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in creating, updating, and managing preventive maintenance schedules for compliance equipment or systems. Reporting to the Business and Systems Transformation Lead, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll DoThis role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:The role will involve providing business analysis, data analysis, systems analysis related to work order and asset data integrity utilising Spotless Facilities Maintenance Systems (currently WMS).Work across multiple contract collecting and recording asset data, providing asset data solutions which are required with a broader and complex asset data management strategies across multiple client agencies.Analyse and document business systems and processes, applying industry best practises within asset data management in developing and maintaining quality data.Design, develop & standardise asset data reports in MS-Excel + provide data analysis, data translation and create meaningful Power BI dashboards.Analyse results from queries and scripts, prepare reports, analyse work order and asset data results and provide suggestions to the causes of trends and outliers.
