Job Description
Westpac has immediate opportunities for Agile professionals with strong delivery backgrounds, seasoned facilitation skills, and experience in helping teams and organisations transition to an Agile environment. As a Scrum Master, you will support Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and their teams to drive the delivery of high-quality, high-value products within the Westpac Agile and Delivery Framework. This role is within the UNITE Data team, supporting project delivery activities within the UNITE program of work.You will partner with business and technology teams to plan and execute their mix of tactical and strategic work to deliver the vision of the business. Your position is responsible for supporting multiple cross-functional business teams to achieve clearly defined results within agreed timeframes and specifications.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
You have proven success in mentoring Agile teams.You excel in facilitating retrospectives.You understand the software development life cycle, CI/CD, DevOps, and financial services technologies.You are familiar with investment products, superannuation, and investor needs.
Experience
You have experience with Scrum patterns, agile software development, backlog management, and metrics.You are committed to delivering on team commitments.You possess relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
