Job Description

As the Scrum Master, you’ll enable high-performing, collaborative delivery across multiple squads and projects. You’ll champion Agile principles and practices, coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and remove delivery impediments. Your leadership will directly support the development and governance of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.Key Deliverables:Facilitate Agile ceremonies across squads and projectsCoach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile practices.Support sprint planning and delivery of committed outcomesIdentify and remove impediments to delivery flowPromote continuous improvement through metrics and feedbackEnsure transparency of progress, risks, and issuesAlign work with governance, quality, and strategic objectivesFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus
