We are well positioned within a growing superannuation industry, combining our rich legacy with a fast-paced environment that enables rapid career growth.We are a diverse team with employees from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and we make sure to celebrate the successes of our clients and our people.Melbourne is the preferred location for the role; however we are open to application from across Australia. The RoleReporting to the Head of Commercial Pricing & Client Profitability RSS, this role will have a crucial part to play in developing pricing structures for RSS’s products and client contracts to both drive improved alignment between cost drivers and pricing, to provide transparency to clients, and drive the divisions profitability, by better aligning pricing with cost drivers. This will include pricing models for products, client renewals, new clients, and new business opportunities. The role will also play an important role in driving client profitability with the Client Partnership team by providing client profitability to the client partners and guidance on ways to improve profitability by assisting with messaging to clients.This is a dynamic role that will offer unique opportunities for learning and growth. Whilst accounting knowledge, financial analysis and modelling is a core feature of the role, the ability to apply a commercial and strategic mindset is imperative.
