 Your new roleAs Organisation Transformation Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a team in the delivery of a complex Digital Transformation / ERP project and create positive experience for our people. You will help the CFO, the General Manager of IT and their Leadership Teams to develop their business change strategy and engage employees in adopting new ways of working What you'll need to succeed15yr+ Leading the OCM function in Business and Digital Transformations projects8yr+ Leading SAP TransformationsExperience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Experience in developing communication methods and instruments for large-scale change implementationsSuccessfully rolled out end-to-end ERP and/or major Digital Transformation projects including SAP S/HANA finance transformations.
